*Backstamp says Johnson Bros England Pat No 118579, genuine hand engraving and
All decoration under the glaze permanent & acid resisting colors.
*On the back of the plate the original owner has stuck a handwritten note saying: 1949 Bought in Harrods (London) first lot of pottery made after the World War 2.
*No chips or cracks. Middle of the plate has what feels like tiny pinprick bubbles on it. In good condition for its age.
*Diameter approx 24.5cm.
*Gadrooned rims. Gadrooning is a decorative motif consisting of convex curves in a series.
