Rare Royal Doulton large jug/pitcher with sailing boats.

*Measures approx 16cms high.
*This attractive jug is from the collectible and hard to find Ships series that was produced by Royal Doulton in the early 1900s. This is a beautifully proportioned jug and measures 16cms high and diameter of jug (not including spout) 11cms. It has unusual additional lines framing the decorative nautical scenes.
*In great condition for its age, has crazing but no chips or cracks. There is the tiniest nibble/fault on the green rim (see my photos - the photo of the rim picture top right there is a tiny mark), but it is so tiny you wouldn't notice it just looking at the jug. In fact, you'll see a lot of camera flash marks but you probably will struggle to notice it unless you blow it up bigger than normal size of item.
