Vintage Burleigh Ware blue and white Willow plate.
*In good condition for age, with crazing but no chips.
*Old Burleigh Ware backstamp mark from 1930s - Burleigh Ware, Willow, Burslem England.
*Scalloped edging with strong colours.
*Measures approx 19cm in diameter.
*The print on this plate is rare. It has an open gate as well as an Oriental screen-like wall and a man with two lanterns approaching the house. There is an additional pattern of blue between the lover’s story scene and the edged trim pattern.
